We provide specialist workplace investigations, covert surveillance, close protection and investigative training to corporate and legal clients across the UK. With offices in the South East, Midlands and North West, our team is drawn from senior Police and specialist units, delivering an honest, ethical and fully independent service.

Training

Our Principal is a nationally accredited instructor and assessor, delivering RQF‑accredited qualifications in Surveillance and Professional Investigation through the Institute of Professional Investigators (IPI). The same industry‑recognised standards we teach are the standards we apply to every operation.

Workplace Investigations

We conduct grievance, disciplinary and misconduct investigations to ACAS standards, delivering an independent, impartial and legally defensible process. Internal investigations often struggle to achieve true independence — prior relationships, informal conversations and organisational dynamics can all compromise fairness and create risk at Tribunal. Outsourcing ensures neutrality, confidentiality and a robust fact‑finding approach, supported by clear evidence, structured analysis and practical recommendations. Professional investigators remove the burden on internal staff, avoid training requirements and provide a fixed, transparent cost agreed upfront.

Surveillance

We deploy mobile, foot and technical surveillance to gather evidence to civil or criminal standard, anywhere in the UK or overseas. This includes covert rural operations for fly‑tipping, poaching and theft of plant or agricultural equipment, delivered by former Rural Crime officers and Military specialists experienced in demanding environments. We also conduct brand‑protection surveillance, online investigations and mystery‑shopper test purchases using trained undercover operatives to secure evidence suitable for prosecution or civil action. All surveillance outputs are quality‑assured by former senior Police investigators with experience on major national cases.

Close Protection

Our Principal is an SIA‑licensed Close Protection Operative with frontline experience at high‑profile sporting events, bringing real‑world security expertise to our wider service offering.

Legal & Ethical Standards

All operatives work with integrity and in full compliance with current legislation, including RIPA where applicable. We are signatories to the industry Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
